Telcom & Data Unveils the Plantronics C620-M USB Phone Headset

The modernday professional is always on the move. So while they talk on the phone, they have to encounter many disturbances such as unwanted background noise, unclear sound quality, unexpected volume spikes, and the problems of handling conventional phone while on the go.

Helping them with this problem, Telcom & Data, a provider of business phone systems, has unveiled the Plantronics (News - Alert) C620-M headset, which improves customer experience while on the go.

The unit is ideal for sales calls, customer service calls, conference calls and webinars.

The Plantronics C620-M is equipped with an adjustable headband and soft ear cushions. These features offer excellent wearing comfort. For voice and multimedia use, the headset has a dynamic EQ stereo and it adjusts automatically.

A noise cancelling microphone provides enhanced call clarity as well.

Apart from making life easier for professionals on the go, this will also provide some new features, the company has stated.

“We just added a number of Plantronics headsets to our product line and they immediately started selling,” said Ricardo Trinidad, president of Telcom & Data, when asked about the headset. “I know the C620-M will be another hit. The features make it perfect for the heavy business user.”

The headset also boasts Enhanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to provide a more natural sounding voice and SoundGuard technology provides protection against audio spikes. The unit has been optimized for Microsoft (News - Alert) Office Communicator 2007 and Microsoft Lync 2010.

Recently, the company introduced Guardian's DTT-50-Z and DTT-60-Z outdoor industrial telephones to provide dependable offshore communication. In locations where a combination of air and flammable substances are present, ATEX-IEC (News - Alert) certified products offer safety and protection. Both models are ATEX-IEC certified.

With the ability to be programmed for speed dialing, a watertight keypad features oversized buttons that can easily be used while wearing gloves. The DTT-50-Z and DTT-60-Z meet strict Zone 1 safety requirements.
