Logitech Announces 'Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810' for Multiple Devices

Logitech (News - Alert) is about to release a new illuminated keyboard that will allow you to connect multiple devices to it.

The Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810 is the latest addition to its keyboard family. This rechargeable keyboard is compatible with Windows, iOS and Android (News - Alert) devices. It can also work with Windows 8, set for release on October 26.

It enables users to connect their smartphone, tablet or PC to it all at once and switch between each device with the push of a button.

“It’s increasingly common for people to use more than one device over the course of the day, and we saw an opportunity to help ease the transition among screens with the Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard,” Mike Culver, vice president of brand development for consumer computing platforms at Logitech, said in a statement. “Using Logitech’s heritage of high quality and reliability, this keyboard combines the functionality and design people expect with simultaneous multi-device pairing, which they will appreciate.”

This keyboard is USB rechargeable with 10 days of battery life and addresses consumer demands for convenience and productivity. It also has an On/Off switch, a battery indicator light and auto-adjusting illumination.

It will be released in the U.S. in October and Europe in November for $99.99.

The Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810 is equipped with an easy-to-use USB cable, and its battery-indicator light helps you manage power so you know when it’s time to recharge.

These specific keys help users easily navigate the new Windows 8 operating system, expected to be available later this month.
