Lantronix Offers Revamping of xPrintServer Box

Lantronix (News - Alert) has long been one of the top office devices in the world when it comes to needing to print off an iOS device, no matter where you are. Its XPrintServier Boxes allow users to print off of their iPhones and iPads even if there isn’t a specialized printer around.

If you can find yourself a USB printer, the Lantronix xPrintServer will do a top-of-the-line job.

The company has now released a new version of its USB xPrintServer for about twice as much money, but is said to work better and much more quickly.

Lantronix has turned itself into an enterprise both above- and below-level companies have seen as a great partner. The firm’s services come in handy, especially when dealing with an office setup that may not really be part of the traditional layout.

Lantronix has developed services such as an analog device server known as the xSenso in order to help companies adjust to a changing business market that much easier.

The revamped xPrintServer Box (News - Alert) takes that idea another step.

The xPrintServer box has a suggested price of $200 – worth it if you need it. This version of the device is said to have better support and a more detailed user management interface. Remote authentication and connecting to the correct proxy server and USB printers are all said to be much easier and smoother than the previous version.

The second generation of the Lantronix xPrintServer Box will begin shipping on or around November 21.
