Pure, a consumer electronics manufacturer, has introduced 'Jongo' with the motive to enable users to listen to their music anywhere, anytime. Pure’s Jongo, a multiroom audio system, allows you to listen to ZZ Top on Pandora (News - Alert) while your kids listen to their iPod in their bedroom.
The company is presented Jongo at CES 2013, currently underway.
'Jongo' allows the user to start with a single speaker and add more Jongo products for perfectly synchronized audio all around their home.
The users can preview Jongo T640B and Jongo A140B at CSE.
Noam Meppen, Pure's director of sales, U.S., said in a statement, “Consumers are drawn to convenience and a compelling user experience. The Jongo multiroom audio system delivers on both counts with an affordable, simple and lovely way to control and stream synchronized audio.”
Jongo T640B comes with built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and packs 100 Watts of room-filling, stereo sound. It delivers rich, detailed and expansive audio using two custom five-inch, full-range drive units with dual-concentric tweeters.
The new Jongo A140B wireless hi-fi adapter allows users to transform any audio system, from a simple micro to a high-end hi-fi, into a music streamer and bring it into their multiroom system. All Jongo products come in black, or white with black speaker grills, and all have optional user-fit colored grill packs or clip on covers in burnt orange, lime green, mango or white.
When you use Wi-Fi along with the free Pure Connect app, users can get the additional benefit of listening to multiple, tightly synchronized Jongo products in a single room or in a multiroom environment.
This new Pure Connect app offers users access to local music on their smartphone or tablet, thousands of radio stations, on-demand programs and podcasts, as well as millions of music tracks via the Pure Music subscription service.
